Where other service centre may take days to find a fault and replace a part, our centre does it within hours. Plus, when subsequent cars are improved, so are the Audi genuine parts. All parts come with a statutory two-year guarantee and are made available under the Audi Genuine Replacement Parts service. If a customer's car becomes immobile due to mechanical breakdown or any other engine malfunction then he is eligible for an alternative car on FOC basis through RSA for only 48 hours. Post that its chargeable. The vehicle could be any car from the VW family and not necessary an Audi. A customer is eligible for the car only under following conditions :

• Customer should request for alternative car while calling Audi top assist RSA.
• The customer's car should be under warranty.
• The car should have a mechanical malfunction and not body shop or accidental case.
• Customer should be at least 100 kms away from his residence except for few cases a shorter distance may be considered.
• The car could only be provided for two days / 48 hours, after that the car would be recalled by Audi or if kept; will be charged to the customer.

Service and repairs

If the car comes for either service or a workshop repair work; then the customer can request for an alternative car while confirms the vehicle booking with us. The same is on chargeable basis;depending on the availability. In case it's not available then a chauffeur driven taxi can be offered to the customer on chargeable basis. A customer is eligible for the car only under following conditions.

• The car should be under warranty.
• The requirement for courtesy car should be specifically mentioned to the workshop relationship manager or service advisor while booking the car.
• No courtesy car shall be provided for body shop and accidental cases.
• The allotment of alternative car is subject to availability (of courtesy car in the fleet).
• Once customer's car is ready with all work done the courtesy car shall be returned.
• In case of any external damage to the courtesy car; during its stay with the customer; the charges has to be borne by the customer itself.

Car Pick up & drop service

Audi Gurgaon also provides car pick & drop facility for service/repair work. The requirement should be specifically mentioned to the workshop relationship manager or service advisor while booking the car. Valid comprehensive car insurance is a pre requisite to avail this facility.
